While the kids explored the fascinating world of reptiles and wildlife at the Australian Reptile Park, our trusty Renault Master bus patiently awaited their return. Public Holidays will attrack a higher rate (Easter Holidays - Christmas Holidays - New Years eve) There are a small number of transfers available for these times. Please enquire for Availability!

Booking/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Airport and Cruise Ship Transport:
1. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. Full payment is due one week before your scheduled transfer.
3. A full refund will only be processed if the cancellation is made two weeks prior to the scheduled transport.
4. If you cancel your transport during the week leading up to the scheduled date, you will forfeit the entire payment.

Wine Tour:
1. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
2. Full payment is due one week before your scheduled Wine Tour.
3. A refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be issued if you cancel two weeks before the tour and have paid in full.
4. Cancellations made during the week leading up to the tour are not eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that these policies are essential for the efficient operation of our small business. If there is uncertainty about the feasibility of your travel or tour, kindly familiarize yourself with these terms before making a reservation. We appreciate your understanding.
