Hi Everyone

i have a busy schedule this week and I will be up and down to Sydney Airport many times this week. Tomorrow I will have availability in the afternoon going to Sydney and a return to newcastle after I arrive. Wednesdays availability will be early morning transfer to Sydney and returning to newcastle in the morning after I arrive. Thursday I will have a transfer about 4:30am to Sydney. Friday morning only going to Sydney and returning and Saturday I only have availability for going from newcastle to Sydney in the morning early. So if any of this times suite anyone please contact me and I can book you in. Remember I have a trailer for luggage. And 2 child seats available. Also running a sale on Limousine pick up area at both Sydney domestic and international airports $15 (1hour)

Public Holidays will attrack a higher rate (Easter Holidays - Christmas Holidays - New Years eve) There are a small number of transfers available for these times. Please enquire for Availability!

Booking/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Airport and Cruise Ship Transport:
1. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. Full payment is due one week before your scheduled transfer.
3. A full refund will only be processed if the cancellation is made two weeks prior to the scheduled transport.
4. If you cancel your transport during the week leading up to the scheduled date, you will forfeit the entire payment.

Wine Tour:
1. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
2. Full payment is due one week before your scheduled Wine Tour.
3. A refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be issued if you cancel two weeks before the tour and have paid in full.
4. Cancellations made during the week leading up to the tour are not eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that these policies are essential for the efficient operation of our small business. If there is uncertainty about the feasibility of your travel or tour, kindly familiarize yourself with these terms before making a reservation. We appreciate your understanding.
