Hi Everyone

‘It’s been a tough week this week due to Covid restrictions. I have had a couple of local transfers and one transport to Sydney International for a young guy heading to the US to play golf professionally and today back in the Hunter Valley for a wine tour for a small group of three. It looks like it’s going to be a great day up here in the Hunter Valley and the places that we are going to be visiting today will be Tyrells 10-11am, Peppertree 12-12.45, Peterson’s House lunch1pm and De Borteli 3pm. For those of you that are interested in a wine tour I do have availability, all you need to do is to either text or email me for the date that you require and I can see if I’m available for your tour. Also I am still available for Airport Transfer‘s for Sydney domestic and international as well as Newcastle Airport. So also check with me for availability for dates and times for your Airport Transfer.

Public Holidays will attrack a higher rate (Easter Holidays - Christmas Holidays - New Years eve) There are a small number of transfers available for these times. Please enquire for Availability!

Booking/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Airport and Cruise Ship Transport:
1. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. Full payment is due one week before your scheduled transfer.
3. A full refund will only be processed if the cancellation is made two weeks prior to the scheduled transport.
4. If you cancel your transport during the week leading up to the scheduled date, you will forfeit the entire payment.

Wine Tour:
1. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
2. Full payment is due one week before your scheduled Wine Tour.
3. A refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be issued if you cancel two weeks before the tour and have paid in full.
4. Cancellations made during the week leading up to the tour are not eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that these policies are essential for the efficient operation of our small business. If there is uncertainty about the feasibility of your travel or tour, kindly familiarize yourself with these terms before making a reservation. We appreciate your understanding.
